Buy one account (50MB or bigger, not the Lite account) and each additional account will cost you only $24 (regardless of size). This means that you can resell our packages if you choose.
Please note that resold accounts will be registered in your name and you are the one expected to make the quarterly payments and then recharge your client. This service has been primarily provided for web designers who want reliable, medium to large size, low cost options for hosting client websites.
We will continue to add to our Hosting FAQ to try to anticipate any queries you, or your clients may have. This, coupled with the Online Manual, should provide the answers to most of your queries, but the Technical Support Form is designed for you to access our technical support staff to help solve problems and answer questions where the answers don't appear to be readily available. Unless otherwise stated we will respond to these technical support requests within 24 hours (usually much sooner). On rare occasions the requests may need to be relayed to our technicians at the Baltimore Network Operations Centre and take longer than 24 hours to resolve - if this is the case we will let you know so that you can advise your client.
Please make certain you are familiar with our Policies and Guidelines as you need to ensure compliance from your clients as well. These are fairly straightforward and common to many web hosting services - no spamming, no pornography, no illegal activities, don't use more than 20% of our system resources.
